March 3 and March 4

Kept meaning to get on here yesterday and then never made it...

Workout: 4 1/2 miles + 10 minutes cross
Weight: 125.0

Run was good. Ran at 6.0 until 3.75 miles, increased to 6.1, increased to 6.2 at 4.0, 6.5 at 4.25. Ran 4.5 miles in 44.34. I only did 5 minutes of cool down as my cross training. I have to say, the additional cross training will probably get left out from here on out (actually from here on, I think there is enough miles that we don't have cross training anyway).

Workout: Circuits
Weight: 124.0

Circuits have become slightly easier since I switched programs on the stairmill. Which means I should probably switch back to the previous program!

Bike for 14:00, heart rate up to 121.
Treadmill for 14:00 with an incline interval program - highest incline was over 5%. Heart rate: 164
Stair mill for 14:00. Not sure about heartrate
Eliptical for 14:00 at level 10 to keep my heart rate up. 152-157. I hit the eliptical hard this morning.
