I changed the order of my circuits this morning. Usually I do bike, stairs, treadmill, eliptical. I haven't been dying through the circuits anymore so i decided to switch it up Cornbread style. This morning I did eliptical, stairs, bike, treadmill.
And I hated every.single.second of the entire hour. Oh my, it was wretchedly awful.
Eliptical - heart rate: 151
Stairs - heart rate (taken manually): 180
Bike - heart rate: 140ish
Treadmill - heart rate: 168ish, highest incline of 5%
Ankle is in a lot of pain today - probably worse than it ever has been. Hurt while I was doing the stairs and then made me wince when I started running. I'm icing it this morning to see if that helps at all.
